VISITING REGULATIONS AT THE AYURVEDA DEPARTMENT
The purpose of the visiting regulations is to ensure maximum comfort and safety of the visitor and to achieve the desired effect of all services at the Ayurveda Department at RAJ zdravia Institute. Every visitor is required to read these visiting regulations before entering the premises and to abide by its instructions, which become binding on him/her.
Operating instructions
- Admission to the Ayurveda Department is only permitted during opening hours with a valid reservation for an adult. Children between 12 and 17 years of age may enter the Ayurveda Department accompanied by their legal guardian and use the services only with their written consent.
- Reservation and payment can be made ideally via our website online at least one hour before arrival (in individual cases by phone or email) or directly at the main reception, located on the ground floor, at the entrance to the institute. We accept both credit cards and cash for payment on site. It is not possible to make payment at the local reception at the Ayurveda Department.
- Visitors should arrive well in advance (at least 15 minutes earlier).
- The person in charge of the main reception will verify the booking and payment confirmation in the booking system and provide all necessary information.
- Prior to the service being purchased, the visitor will complete a “Client Declaration before services” at the main reception and will be given a chip watch by the cloakroom attendant if they have booked a massage or therapy.
- In the event of loss, damage or misuse of the chip watch, the visitor is liable to pay the amount for the loss according to the current price list.
- Drinking facilities are provided at the local reception on the first floor before and after the massage or therapy.
- Trained staff is responsible for the handling of the equipment, in case of any requirements the duty officer should be contacted.
- It is the responsibility of each person to spare the equipment of the centre and to keep all areas clean and tidy. In the event of damage, he/she shall compensate for any damage or loss caused by him/her.
- The operator shall not be liable for any damage, injury or accident caused by the visitor’s own carelessness or failure to comply with these Visitor Regulations or the instructions of the responsible staff member.
- In the event of any discomfort, nausea or injury, the visitor is obliged to inform the therapist or doctor on duty. If necessary, first aid is provided.
- The visitor respects the areas that are reserved for staff only or the opposite sex.
- Any items found in the cloakrooms that do not belong to anyone or that are not claimed by a visitor will be handed over to the member of staff in charge.
- In case of any wishes or complaints, the responsible staff member should be contacted.
- The Complaints Policy, which is kept at reception, is always followed when dealing with complaints.
- Smoking, alcohol, meat and eggs are prohibited throughout the premises.
- We ask all visitors to keep a quiet atmosphere and not to disturb others by talking loudly or using a mobile phone – please turn off your ringer.
Instructions for visitors to massages, therapies and treatments
- Due to the time required to prepare some services, they can be booked and purchased at least 24 hours in advance.
- Feverish conditions, infectious diseases, skin and inflammatory conditions, conditions immediately following surgery or trauma, depressive conditions, acute illnesses, alcohol or drug ingestion are contraindications and the use of a separately purchased service is neither advisable nor permitted.
- It is a good idea to check with your practitioner beforehand about its suitability. Otherwise, each visitor will undergo the independently purchased service at his/her own risk. Many services are also not suitable for women during pregnancy and menstruation.
- In the event of any health problems, we recommend that you first have a professional consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor, who will determine an individual treatment programme.
- No food should be consumed for at least one hour before and at least one hour after the massage and therapy.
- The client will receive the linen at the local reception directly at the Ayurveda Department.
- Separate changing rooms with male and female facilities are available for changing.
- The visitor always puts his/her clothes, shoes and all personal belongings in a locker in the changing room, takes a shower and enters the massage room wrapped in a bath towel or robe, disposable panties and slippers.
- The facility is not responsible for visitors’ valuables (jewellery, watches, etc.) brought in and those items not properly locked in the assigned locker.
- In the massage and treatment room, the visitor is obliged to follow the instructions of the therapist.
- Upon leaving the centre, the visitor shall hand over wardrobe chip watch at the main reception and pay for any additional services not paid for in advance.
Instructions before a consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor
- All visitors are advised to bring medical documentation or any relevant results from a general or specialist doctor.
The Visiting Regulations come into force on the date of issue.

VISITING REGULATIONS AT THE YOGA DEPARTMENT
The aim of the Visiting Regulations is to ensure the maximum comfort and safety of the visitor at the Yoga Department at RAJ zdravia Institute. Every visitor is required to read these Visiting Regulations before entering the premises and to abide by its instructions, which become binding on him/her.
Operating Instructions
- Admission to the Yoga Department is only permitted during opening hours and according to the current practice schedule with a valid reservation. (A valid reservation also constitutes a pre-paid practice course that is regularly attended.)
- Exercise classes are open to all persons regardless of age. Children under the age of 15 are only allowed to attend when accompanied by an adult and only those exercises that are primarily designed for their age group. Pregnant mothers are recommended to attend only special classes designed for them from the third month of pregnancy onwards.
- Feverish conditions, infectious diseases, lumbago, depressive conditions, acute illnesses, alcohol or drug ingestion are contraindications and the practice of yoga in these cases is neither appropriate nor permitted.
- Practice booking and payment can be made ideally via our website online at least one hour before arrival (in individual cases by phone or email), or directly at the main reception, located on the ground floor, at the entrance to the institute. We accept both credit cards and cash for payment on site. It is not possible to make payment at the local reception at the Yoga Department.
- Due to the limited capacity of the practice rooms, we recommend that visitors book and purchase a practice in advance.
- One exercise class lasts 1-1.5 hours depending on the type of exercise.
- Visitors should arrive well in advance (at least 10-15 minutes in advance).
- The person in charge of the main reception will check the booking and payment confirmation in the booking system and provide all the necessary information. In the case of attending a regular exercise for a certain period of time, he/she will register each visitor’s attendance at the lesson.
- Prior to the start of each regular exercise session, the visitor will complete a ‘Client Declaration before services’ form at the main reception desk and will be given a smartwatch by the cloakroom attendant.
- In the event of loss, damage or misuse of the chip watch, the visitor is required to pay the amount for the loss according to the current price list.
- Upon arrival on the 2nd floor, the visitor shall remove his/her socks upon entering the atrium and carry his/her shoes to the locker room. Upon leaving, shoes are put on at the atrium exit. In the exercise rooms and hallways, visitors wear either socks or a change of clothes. Do not enter the exercise room during the lesson!
- Separate changing rooms with male and female changing facilities are available for changing.
- Visitors always place their shoes, clothing and all personal belongings in a locker in the locker room and enter the exercise room in appropriate and comfortable clothing.
- Pads as well as exercise equipment are provided for visitors. For hygiene reasons, it is advisable to bring your own towel, blanket or sheet to cover your mat, at least in the head area.
- The visitor is obliged to use the exercise equipment only in the manner intended for this purpose. He/she is obliged to behave in such a way as to avoid damaging them or endangering his/her own health or the health of other persons. In the event of damage, he/she shall compensate for any damage or loss caused by him/her.
- The Centre shall not be liable for valuable items brought in by visitors (jewellery, watches, etc.) and those items that are not properly locked in the locker assigned to them.
- During the exercise, the visitor is obliged to respect the personal space of any person in the immediate vicinity and to refrain from making any comments.
- Drinking is provided at the reception desk. Drinking is not recommended during the exercise. Consumption of food (including chewing gum) is not permitted on the premises.
- Each visitor shall maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all areas of the centre.
- In the exercise rooms, he/she is obliged to follow the instructions of the instructor to ensure the correct execution of the positions and to avoid injuries.
- If a visitor behaves inappropriately, he/she may be asked to leave the premises by the staff member in charge without refund of the exercise fee paid.
- The operator shall not be liable for any damage, injury or accident caused by the visitor’s own carelessness or failure to comply with these Visitor Regulations or the instructions of the responsible officer.
- In case of any discomfort, nausea or injury, the visitor is obliged to inform the lecturer. If necessary, first aid is provided or a specialist is called in.
- Any items found in the exercise rooms or changing rooms that do not belong to anyone or are not claimed by anyone shall be handed over by the visitor to the staff member in charge.
- In case of any wishes or complaints, the responsible member of staff should be contacted. The Complaints Policy, which is kept at reception, is always followed when dealing with complaints.
- The operator reserves the right to close or restrict the premises of the Yoga Department on certain days or times for various objective reasons. During this time, exercise bookings are restricted to the public. It also reserves the right to make changes to the exercise schedule for operational reasons. Visitors are informed of any change well in advance.
- Smoking, alcohol, meat and eggs are prohibited throughout the facility.
- All visitors are asked to maintain a quiet atmosphere and not to disturb others by talking loudly or using a mobile phone – please turn off your ringer.
Important recommendations!
- At least two hours before exercise it is not advisable to consume any food.
- If any health problems or limitations are present, it is a good idea to consult your general practitioner or paediatrician about the suitability of a particular exercise.
- Each visitor completes the exercise at their own risk only.

VISITING REGULATIONS SALT CAVE
The aim of the Visiting Regulations is to ensure the visitor a comfortable and safe stay in the salt cave at the RAJ zdravia Institute. Every visitor is obliged to familiarize himself with these Visitor Regulations before entering the salt cave and to follow its instructions, which become binding for him.
Operating instructions
- Entrance to the salt cave is only allowed during opening hours with a valid reservation.
- The last entry is possible one hour before the end of the operating hours.
- The salt cave can be visited by children from 3 years of age accompanied by an adult and is also suitable for pregnant women.
- Feverish conditions, infectious diseases, acute illnesses, claustrophobia, tuberculosis, kidney disease, low blood pressure, oncological diseases, thyroid disorders, depressive conditions, alcohol or drug consumption are contraindications and a stay in the salt cave is neither advisable nor permitted.
- Booking and payment can be made ideally via our website online at least one hour before arrival (in individual cases, especially for group bookings by phone or email) or directly at the main reception, located on the ground floor, at the entrance to the institute. We accept credit cards and cash for payment on site. It is not possible to make payments at the local reception in the SPA area where the salt cave is located.
- Due to the limited capacity of the premises, we recommend that visitors book and purchase admission in advance.
- The basic single entry is for 50 minutes.
- Visitors should arrive well in advance (at least 10 minutes in advance).
- A responsible member of staff at the main reception will check the booking and payment confirmation in the booking system and provide all necessary information.
- Prior to the service being purchased, the visitor will complete a “Client Declaration prior to service” at the main reception desk and will be given a chip watch from the cloakroom locker.
- In case of loss, damage or misuse of the chip watch, the visitor is obliged to pay the amount for the loss according to the current price list.
- The visitor will receive disposable shoe covers at the local reception on site at the SPA.
- The visitor always puts all personal belongings in a locker in the changing room.
- The resort is not responsible for visitors’ valuables brought in (jewellery, watches, etc.) and those items that are not properly locked in the assigned locker.
- Lockers are located in the common cloakroom, with separate men’s and women’s bathrooms.
- It is recommended to bring long-sleeved clothing to the cave, which should be airy and loose-fitting, taking into account an internal temperature of 22-23°C and a relative humidity of 70%.
- Only wear disposable protective shoe covers, which should be placed in the designated collection basket after leaving the salt cave.
- It is not allowed to enter the salt cave with mobile phones, drinks and food on.
- Drinking is provided before and after your stay at the reception.
- During the stay, the visitor rests on a lounger covered with a blanket provided for this purpose. The youngest children have their own designated play area, and a parent or other accompanying person is required to supervise the child.
- It is forbidden to touch the salt tiles, columns and waterfalls inside and photography is not allowed.
- Care must also be taken to ensure that salt hands never reach into the eyes.
- In case of nausea, it is necessary to leave the salt cave premises and inform the receptionist. If necessary, first aid is provided or a specialist is summoned.
- Trained personnel are designated to handle the equipment, in case of any requirements, the attendant should be contacted.
- Each person is obliged to spare the salt cave equipment and to keep it clean and tidy. In the event of damage, he/she shall compensate for any damage or loss caused by him/her.
- Failure to comply with the instructions and guidelines may result in the visitor being asked by the receptionist to leave the salt cave premises without refund of the fee paid.
- The visitor is notified of the end of the stay by the responsible receptionist or by turning off the lights. After use, the blanket must be folded and stored in the designated place.
- On departure, the visitor will hand in the chip watch from the wardrobe at the main reception.
- The operator shall not be liable for any damage, injury or accident caused by the visitor’s own carelessness or failure to comply with these visitor regulations or the instructions of the responsible staff member.
- The visitor shall respect the areas that are reserved for staff only or the opposite sex.
- Any objects found in the salt cave that do not belong to anyone shall be handed over by the visitor to the responsible staff member.
- In case of any wishes or complaints, the responsible person should be contacted. The Complaints Procedure, which is kept at the reception, is always followed when dealing with complaints.
- The operator reserves the right to close or restrict the salt cave premises on certain days or times for various objective reasons. During this time, reservations for public admission are limited.
- All visitors are requested to maintain a quiet atmosphere and not to disturb other persons by loud conversation.
Important recommendations!
- We do not recommend the use of cosmetic products such as perfumes and deodorants before your stay.
- If you have any health problems or limitations, it is a good idea to consult your practitioner or paediatrician about the suitability of visiting the salt cave.
- Each visitor is solely at their own risk.

VISITING REGULATIONS AT THE SPA CENTRE – KNEIPP’S RAJ
The aim of the Visiting Regulations is to ensure the visitor a comfortable and safe stay in the SPA premises, in the Institute of RAJ zdravia. Every visitor is obliged to familiarize himself/herself with these Visitor Regulations before entering the SPA and to follow its instructions, which become binding for him/her.
Operating instructions
- Access to the SPA is only allowed during opening hours with a valid reservation.
- The last entry is possible two hours before the end of operating hours.
- Only persons over 15 years of age may visit the SPA.
- The area operates as a float-free zone in the sauna area.
- Feverish conditions, infectious diseases, skin diseases, acute illnesses, depressive conditions, alcohol or drug consumption are contraindications and a stay in the SPA is neither advisable nor permitted.
- Booking and payment can be made ideally via our website online at least one hour before arrival (in individual cases, especially for group bookings by phone or email) or directly at the main reception, located on the ground floor, at the entrance to the institute. We accept credit cards and cash for payment on site. It is not possible to make payment at the local reception in the SPA.
- Due to the limited capacity of the premises, we recommend that visitors book and purchase admission in advance.
- Basic entry is for 2 hours including a change of clothes and drying off.
- Visitors should arrive well in advance (at least 15 minutes in advance).

- Before the service is purchased, the visitor fills in the “Client Declaration before services” at the main reception and receives a chip watch from the cloakroom locker.

- The client will receive the linen at the local reception directly at the SPA resort.
- It is advisable to bring your own slippers.
- There is a common changing room with changing cubicles for changing, with separate toilet facilities for men and women.
- The visitor always puts his/her clothes, shoes and all personal belongings in a locker in the changing room and enters the relaxation area in his/her slippers.
- The establishment is not responsible for visitors’ valuables (jewellery, watches, etc.) brought in and for those items that are not properly locked in the locker assigned to them.
- Visitors must always end their stay in the SPA on time, otherwise they will be charged a fee. The visitor places used linen in the collection basket through the locker opening and hands in the chip watch from the locker at the main reception upon departure.
- Drinking is provided for visitors during their stay at the SPA. Consumption of own drinks and food is not allowed.
- The visitor is obliged to follow the instructions of the staff, to observe the wording of written instructions or recommendations on the notice boards.
- Trained staff are designated to handle the equipment, in case of any requirements, the staff member on duty should be contacted.
- It is the responsibility of each person to respect the facilities of the Centre and to keep all areas clean and tidy. In the event of damage, he/she shall make good any loss or damage caused by him/her.
- Failure to comply with the instructions and guidelines may result in the visitor being asked to leave the premises by the staff member in charge without refund of the fee paid.
- The visitor shall move carefully throughout the premises, safely using the various attractions with consideration for his/her own safety as well as the safety of others.
- The operator is not liable for any damage, injury or accident caused by the visitor’s own carelessness or failure to comply with these visitor regulations or the instructions of the responsible employee.
- In case of sickness or injury, first aid is provided by the staff or professional help is called.
- The visitor shall respect the areas reserved for staff or the opposite sex.
- Any objects found in the SPA premises that do not belong to anyone or that are not claimed by anyone shall be handed over by the visitor to the staff member in charge.
- In case of any wishes or complaints, the responsible staff member should be contacted. The Complaints Policy is always followed when dealing with complaints, which is kept at reception.
- The Operator reserves the right to close or restrict the SPA premises on certain days or at certain times in case of necessary maintenance or other objective reasons. During this time, bookings for public services are limited.

Instructions for sauna visitors
- Visitors enter the saunas after thoroughly washing with soap, taking a shower and drying off, always without swimwear or a change of clothes.
- No jewellery or watches of any kind are allowed in the sauna.
- In the dry, hay and infrared saunas, the visitor sits only on a sheet; in the steam sauna, the visitor showers the seat with cold water before and after using it.
- The time spent in one sauna should not exceed the recommended sauna time of 10-20 minutes, the most important thing being to stay in the sauna only for a period of time that depends on the individual condition of the visitor.
- The next stage is cooling down. For this, it is possible to use a shower with a stream of cold water, a Finnish bucket or an icefall, then dry the body and stay for some time in the relaxation room.
- This procedure should be repeated 2-3 times, depending on the individual condition of the visitor.
- After the last sauna session, the whole body is rinsed thoroughly with lukewarm water without soap and wiped dry, while the visitor remains in the rest room for a while.
Instructions for visitors to the whirlpool
- Visitors enter the hot tub after thoroughly washing with soap and taking a shower.
- The recommended length of the bath is 20 minutes.
Instructions for visitors to the Kneipp Trail
- The recommended length of one complete treatment is 15 minutes with alternating foot baths in hot and cold water.
- It is recommended to start the Kneipp Walkway treatment with a warm bath for one minute and then enter the cold bath, where you should remain for approximately 15 seconds.
- During the treatment we recommend alternating the hot and cold baths regularly.
Instructions for visitors to hydrotherapy treatments
- If a visitor wishes to have one of the hydrotherapy treatments as part of their stay at the SPA, this service must be booked and paid for in advance in a similar way to booking and paying for a two-hour admission.
- Prior to the treatment, the visitor will wash thoroughly with soap and take a shower and enter the hydro-massage bath without a swimsuit when prompted to do so by the therapist at the time the visitor has booked the treatment.
- The bath may only be operated by a responsible SPA staff member.
- No electrical appliances may be used in the vicinity of the tub, within 1.5 m of the tub’s edge.
- It is not recommended to take the bath immediately after the sauna session.
- At the end of the bath, the visitor is provided with a bed wrap.

- If you have any health problems or limitations, it is a good idea to consult your practitioner about the appropriateness of visiting our SPA.
