In our premises we create an ideal environment for the practice of yoga with an emphasis on inner peace and harmony. Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga designed for anyone looking for intense movement and exercise.
Teacher: Barbora Brezinová
A trained, passionate dancer in body and soul and a certified yoga instructor. She gained her dance experience not only at the dance conservatory in Bratislava, but also abroad, her greatest experience was gained in the Netherlands. She also has experience in leading classes for children and inspires young and middle age group with her enthusiasm and joy of movement.
Healthy back
Classes are designed for people with sedentary jobs and back pain.

Her interest in yoga and previous experience working with the body and movement of her main profession as a dance choreographer and teacher pushed her to take a yoga instructor course. She has 7 years of leading yoga classes, while continuing her education and has added the study of Ayurveda to her yoga classes.
Relax Yoga
The lesson is aimed at the greatest possible harmonization and alignment of the aforementioned aspects into a final flow, which will guide you always on a new path to self-knowledge and self-realization. For all those who seek depth, challenge and see discipline as a condition for unsuspected freedom.

Yoga in Daily Life
Yoga in Daily Life is for all those who have experience in yoga, want to improve their fitness and strengthen their muscles.

Certified yoga teacher according to the Yoga in Daily Life system. She has many years of experience in conducting courses, has a sensitive and kind approach to practitioners, knows how to inspire and encourage them to progress.
Teen yoga
Exercises are adapted and tailored to the age of the practitioners, 14 – 17 years. The exercises are based on yoga sets for back pain. Emphasis is placed on the habit of proper breathing and correct posture. The postures, asanas, are more focused on strengthening the muscles of the back and body core, which are weakened due to lack of exercise and long periods of sitting for this age group.

Owner of RAJ zdravia and certified yoga practitioner according to the Yoga in Daily Life system. She has been conducting yoga courses since 2008 and is currently focusing on exercises with young people for proper posture and strengthening of abdominal and back muscles. She leads her classes and courses in a way that is not just about physical exercise, but also about learning the principles of yoga in everyday life.
Morning yoga
Morning yoga is a wonderful way to start your day full of energy, peace and harmony. We focus on flowing movements coupled with deep breathing, which helps to calm the mind and relax the body.

Pilates
Pilates is for everyone who wants to strengthen muscles and body – relieve back pain – correct posture.

Pilates exercises strengthen not only the external muscles, but also deeply stored internal muscles that are not used in normal activities. The exercises strengthen the muscles, relieve spinal and joint pain and emphasize correct posture. Various aids such as inflatable balls, stretching rubbers, etc. are used in the exercises.
The basics of yoga practice for beginners
The classes are suitable for anyone who is planning to start yoga or has already started, for example, practicing at home or online and wants to be sure they are practicing correctly, safely and healthily. Together we will go through the basic yoga postures – asanas, their correct execution and breathing.

- Exercise in comfortable, preferably cotton clothing. Yoga mats and cushions are available. For hygiene reasons, we suggest that participants bring their own towel to place on the mat under their head. For hygiene reasons, socks are required to enter the yoga room.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early for yoga classes so that we start on time and do not disturb each other during the initial relaxation.
- The classes are open to all people regardless of age. Children under the age of 15 are only allowed when accompanied by an adult and only for those classes that are primarily designed for their age group. Pregnant mothers are recommended to attend only special classes designed for them from the third month of pregnancy onwards.
