Pilates at RAJ zdravia brings harmony between physical exercise, breathing techniques and relaxation. Experienced instructors will guide you through a variety of exercise routines, emphasizing strengthening the body while contributing to relaxation of the mind.
Pilates
Pilates exercises strengthen not only the external muscles, but also the deeply stored internal muscles that are not used in normal activity. The exercises strengthen the muscles, relieve spinal and joint pain, and emphasize correct posture. Various aids such as inflatable balls, stretching rubbers, etc. are used in the exercises.

- Exercise in comfortable, preferably cotton clothing. Yoga mats and cushions are available. For hygiene reasons, we suggest that participants bring their own towel to place on the mat under their head. For hygiene reasons, socks are required to enter the yoga room.
- Please arrive 10 minutes earlier for your class so that we can start on time and not disturb each other during the initial relaxation.
- The classes are open to all people regardless of age. Children under the age of 15 are only allowed when accompanied by an adult and only for those classes that are primarily designed for their age group. Pregnant mothers are recommended to attend only special classes designed for them from the third month of pregnancy onwards.
